We use eco-friendly products, chosen so a space is safe to use again right after we finish. If someone in the home has an allergy or a sensitivity, tell us before the visit and we adjust what we bring.
No. Most clients are at work while we clean. You can let us in, leave a key, or arrange access however you prefer. We agree on that before the first visit, and it stays the same after that.
Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas: surfaces, floors, mirrors, fixtures, and trash. Inside the oven, inside the fridge, interior windows, and laundry are add-ons — tell us at the walkthrough and we include them.
Send the number of rooms and bathrooms, the approximate size, and how often you want the service. We come back with a quote for your space. Nothing is priced before we understand what we are cleaning.
We are based in Malden and work across fifteen towns: Winchester, Lexington, Belmont, Arlington, Wakefield and Stoneham to the north and northwest; Newton, Wellesley and Needham to the west; Milton, Hingham, Cohasset and Hull on the South Shore; Ipswich and Gloucester on the North Shore. If you are just outside that, send your ZIP code — we will tell you straight away whether we can take it.
Yes. We arrive with everything needed for the service. If you would rather we use a specific product you already own, leave it out and let us know.
